I’m a seasoned mental health professional from Canada with over 13 years of experience. I specialize in creating personalized treatment plans from a therapeutic perspective that integrate mindfulness meditation techniques, cognitive behavioural techniques (CBT), dialectical behaviour techniques (DBT), and holistic wellness practices. My aim is to empower you to achieve mental wellness and clarity by tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs. Throughout my career, I have worked in psychiatric inpatient and outpatient facilities, residential treatment centers, shelters, post-secondary institutions, and family counselling practices. My extensive background equips me to address a wide range of mental health and relationship complexities.
